Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi! I’m Megan.

I am an engaging, modern therapist who believes we all deserve compassion and have the capacity for growth, connection, and empathy.

What separates me from a traditional therapist? I have advanced training in the use of creativity to accelerate your growth. I won’t simply smile & nod across the screen. We will talk, create, & actively work together to ensure you are moving towards the goals you are seeking.

As a therapist, it is my job to support you in gaining new insights into yourself, whether it be identifying patterns in relationships that no longer serve you or finding ways to create a new and productive relationship to your anxiety. These moments of increased awareness and understanding of yourself are the key to growth and creating the life and relationships you deserve.

Shall we start this journey together?

Common issues addressed in individual therapy include: relationships, trauma, identity, anxiety/depression, life transitions, self-esteem, perfectionism, and communication

My Specialty

I am passionate about working with clients coping with anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship insecurity. I’ve been there, too.

I understand how much vulnerability therapy entails, and I believe feeling comfortable and at ease with your therapist is integral. It is my priority to create a warm and inviting space that you will find comfort in each week.

By including modern, creative elements in our work together, the therapy process is deepened and your progress is accelerated in a way that talk therapy alone cannot offer.

I promise you we will laugh as much as we sit together through more difficult feelings.
