In my experience as both a therapist and therapy client, there is nothing more powerful and transformative than the therapy space. In the therapy room, you are free to be your whole, authentic self. As a therapist, it is my job to support you in gaining new insights into yourself, whether it be identifying patterns in relationships that no longer serve you or finding ways to create a new and productive relationship to your anxiety. Couples & Family Counseling

No matter what is bringing you and your loved one to seek support in your relationship, I facilitate couples and family therapy through the lens of an investment in reconnection. These sessions are focused on offering each participant a safe and supportive space to explore their feelings & needs, as well as working to better understand the needs of the couple or family unit. We will work together to strengthen communication, sit with any discomfort & challenges, and explore concrete ways to deepen trust and connection.

It can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar to advocate for your own wellbeing, but taking the step towards seeking support for yourself is a big step towards creating positive change in your life.
